Shamaro de Klerk is currently a first-year student-athlete at the UXI Western Province International Rugby Institute on a 3-year program. He is also studying towards a National Certificate in Sports Management. The UXI Rugby Academy awarded him with a Diamond Bursary for the High-Performance Rugby program (12 months) which is 50% because of his high school achievements in sports.

The Total amount needed for year one (2024) is as follows: UXI WPIRI Performance Programme (12 months) is R38,200 (50%), Academic Programme: Edu-Boost 2 – Sports Management (12 months) is R18,160 and Full Kit R 7,000.
The Accommodation for the 12-month contract amounts to R 55,305. These payment options can be done monthly or quarterly and yearly basis.

*To date an amount of R75 911,20 has been paid towards the total amount (R118, 665) which leaves an amount of R42 753,80. Any assistance towards his meals will be highly appreciated.
